    Malo e Lelei…

    Greetings from NYC.

We, the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Tonga to the U.N. are planning an event for the annual meeting of World Leaders that occur at the UN every September. We plan to host the Pacific Leaders and are contemplating have a cultural performance that would showcase to guests who are not from the Pacific and may know little of the region, our culture.

Since Miami is closer to NYC than the west coast or even the islands region itself, this reply is by way of an initial enquiry as to costs. If all goes well, we should be able to fly you up and accommodate you for the evening (likely Friday, 27th September), covering food and local transportation as well.

Please give me some quotes soonest given time is of the essence, so that I might forward this on to our accounts people.

    With kind regards,

    Suka
