Born on the Island of Oahu, Niki moved to Colorado with her family at the age of 12.  Growing up her parents never let her forget where her roots came from.  She has been active in the Polynesian Community here in Colorado.  She started dancing with Pacifica Pride and Island Hearts in 2002.  After years of dancing with them she stopped and put dancing on hold.  In 2008 Niki found Halau Kalama/ Polynesian Party Planners and has been dancing with them since.  She is now teaching Beginner Classes for the Halau and is very happy to have made a new OHANA.
