Glenda "Aiwa" is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She has taught in many gyms, recreation centers, and hospitals (in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Aurora/Denver, CO areas) the importance of movement and how it allows to heal the mind and body. Classes that Glenda has taught aside from Polynesian Dance Classes are - Aerobics, Spinning, Kickboxing, Body Sculpt, Water Aerobics, and Silver Sneakers Programs. Glenda is able to customize any lesson to fit your needs. You can choose from a Polynesian Dance Traditional "32 Count Combo" Aerobics Class that will surely give you a fun workout OR a more dance based class using Tahitian, Hula, or Combination of Tahitian and Hula class that will also offer you a fun workout. These classes are great for schools, independent living (nursing home or senior living) activities classes, corporate team building events, and more!

Traditional Polynesian Dance Class w/basics and Short Combos
Traditional Aerobics Class which will include more dance motions into combo

One Hour Traditional Polynesian Fitness Class (may or may not include body sculpting) - Low intensity low impact (other levels of intensity and impact may be added depending on the students) 32 Count Polynesian Dance and Aerobics Fusion Class. For one time event $100 (travel/gas fees may apply) *discounted rates may apply for recurring classes (weekly or monthly programming)
One Hour Traditional Polynesian Dance Class - Low intensity, low impact with variations of motions to cater to all skill levels. Modifications will be added to those who will need them. This is a traditional dance class with basic Tahitian and/or Hula Dance motions. Tahitian Dance from the islands of Tahiti will be introduced as well as Hula Dance from Hawai'i. Basic motions will be repeated to create a fun workout. Short combinations of movements may also be incorporated. For one time event $100 (travel/gas fees may apply) *discounted rates may apply for recurring classes (weekly or monthly programming)
Please note that there is a recommendation of two instructors for classes of more than 20 students
